Albany Island (Pabaju) is an island situated off the coast of Far North Queensland in Cape York. It is one of the 274 islands in the Torres Strait. Albany Island is a tourist destination, mostly known for hosting fishing charters they also offer day trips for you to explore the island.
Yes, We have a small salt-water pool that you can use subject to availability. We recommend refraining from swimming in the ocean as there are large predators that frequent the area.
Unfortunately we do not allow any pets on the island as we already have three island dogs.
The only forms of travel to get over to us on Albany Island is either via boat or helicopter. If you are wanting to visit us, please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you or you can book your ticket online.
Depending on your departure location, prices range from $40per adult and $20 for children.

The hours of operation for Albany Island vary depending on the season. During peak season, it is open 24/7 when we are hosting guests in accommodation. During off-peak season, it may be closed certain days of the week but this is usually when we operate and run our extended fishing charters.
Please get in contact with us and we can confirm operating hours at that time.
On Mondays & Tuesdays we don't however offer our day trips to the island.
